Prolotherapy Nashville

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Initially, Anderson Web Design was hired to design and develop a starter website for a new Prolotherapy practice in the Nashville area. As a startup website, the focus was not only on design, but SEO and marketing to Southeast USA for gaining immediate lead-generating traffic from a specific target audience.

In January 2006, Anderson Web Design was contracted by Dr. Johnson to develop a brand new website for his practice to coincide with a brand new brochure. On this project, Anderson Web Design performed all web programming and Search Engine Optimization in coordination with the graphic artist who designed both the brochure & website template.

    CLIENT FEEDBACK
"I appreciate the opportunity to commend the services of Ms. Sherry Anderson and Anderson Web Design. Ms. Anderson has designed two websites for my new medical practice. My practice is the first one in Tennessee to perform Prolotherapy for treatment of joint pain. In fact, I am one of the few providers of this procedure in the entire Southeast. Since most of our patient population comes to us via the internet, it is essential that our website be available, informative, and inviting.

First she produced a one page website for Prolotherapy Nashville. Though basic in appearance, this site was quiet sophisticated in function. Ms. Anderson captured the visual essence we wanted on the site, with the requisite degree of polish and sophistication necessary for a medical practice. The site allowed people to interact with us in ways that lead to many of them becoming our patients. She also structured the site so that we would gain maximum exposure on search engines. This site produced a practice growth rate during the first year that greatly exceeded expectations.

I had initially intended to conduct my Prolotherapy practice alongside my surgical practice, but due to the response from our website, I found it necessary (a welcome necessity, I might add) to make plans to retire from my surgical practice within a year. The move to a full-time Prolotherapy practice in turn required that I have a much more informative and interactive website.

Ms. Anderson completed the second iteration of the Prolotherapy Nashville website several months ago. The first website amazed me with its effectiveness. The second website that Ms. Anderson developed just amazed me, period. I worked with a graphic designer to produce a logo and a unified look among all the paper pieces in the practice-brochures, stationery, etc. Ms. Anderson took these thematic pieces and thirty pages of text that I provided, and went to work.

First, she developed a detailed knowledge of my practice, so that she could communicate who we are, and what we do, with maximum impact in this medium. She organized a vast amount of written text into an intelligible and user-friendly format. This website is remarkably complex, but simple for people to navigate. In addition to being very informative about a highly effective but little-known medical procedure, the website projects a very positive image of my practice. I am convinced that this website has been instrumental in doubling the volume of my practice in the last five months. We currently treat patients from fifteen states.

One thing that bears mention, and that I believe separates Ms. Anderson from others in her field, is that she took a significant amount of initiative in crafting the website. I detailed the history of Prolotherapy in one section. Three physicians were discussed in detail. Ms. Anderson found photographs of two of these men and inserted them in the site. I listed joints which are commonly treated with Prolotherapy. Ms. Anderson found anatomical pictures, drawings, and diagrams to illustrate these itemizations. In short, she took my concepts and enhanced them in a highly tasteful and effective fashion. And she did on her own initiative. As she worked on evolving iterations of the site, she approached the task more as an artist crafting her own work, than as a person simply trying to complete a project. Finally, she put her heart and soul, and considerable time, into this project for a very reasonable fee. The project expanded far more than her fees. For this I thank and commend her.

It is for these reasons that I can recommend Ms. Anderson, and Anderson Web Design, without reservation for YOUR website needs. I would be delighted to discuss her services at more length by phone with perspective clients."
